Apparently, taking magnesium supplements can help you sleep. Who knew?
Well, I was told this by a friend of mine who has absolutely no medical experience at all, but as someone who has averaged about 5 hours of sleep per night this week, sleep is very precious and I’m willing to try anything apart from hard drugs to get a good 7 hours.
So here is today’s new thing, magnesium supplements – organic too, as you don’t want factory farmed vitamins.
