Today I took the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Personality Test to determine my psychological type. Personality testing is useful for self awareness, and knowledge around how we interact with others.

The MBTI test was constructed by Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers, and is based on Jungian theory – that everyone has a distinct psychological type, that are based on four functions: sensation, intuition, feeling, and thinking. Continue reading “#65 Took the MBTI Personality Test”
