#69 Springtime in Omana Regional Park

This weekend I took a day trip to the Omana Regional Park, located in Maraetai – about a 30 minute drive from central Auckland.

Omana has a beautiful shingle beach, and picnic and camping facilities, which I image to be amazing in the summer. There is also a small farm, and we got to meet some lambs on the walk around the perimeter fence.

So after nearly two years living in NZ, I went back to the Motherland to catch up with friends and family in the UK.

Today I went to a training seminar at a beautiful little community theatre in Auckland, called the Dolphin Theatre, that a never knew existed.

#43 Community Yoga & Meditation

Today’s new thing was to try a community yoga / relaxation / meditation session, which was held in central Auckland. It was a free event, or you could give a koha (donation) if you could afford it.
